Why are there no prices in the catalogue?
Price depends on quantity, brand, delivery location and current supply conditions. A fixed list price would mislead on most items. We prepare a quote for each request instead — usually within one business day.
I do not know the part number. What now?
The machine brand and model is usually enough. If you do not have that either, send a photo of the part and its label; our technical team will match it.
Is there a minimum order value?
No minimum for domestic quotes. For export shipments we usually suggest combining items so freight stays reasonable.
Do you supply original parts?
The catalogue holds both original manufacturer parts and equivalents. The quote states which one we recommend and lists the alternative separately; the choice is yours.
How long is a quote valid?
Validity is stated on the quote, usually 15 days. When exchange rates or supply conditions move fast this can be shorter — we say so on the quote.
Do you support installation?
We provide on-site service in Mersin and neighbouring provinces. Elsewhere we support by phone and video, and send installation documentation when needed.
